El Presidente's five wonderful swimming-pools
El Presidente has five lovely swimming pools, including one that is scheduled to be a heated pool during the cooler months, as well as a large paddling pool for the younger visitors and that are all set amongst mature and beautiful sub-tropical gardens. With an average of 325 days of sunshine per year, thanks to the very special Marbella micro-climate, this is therefore a great place for family fun or restful contemplation during your wonderful holiday in El Presidente!
During the high season a lifeguard is on duty every day at each pool.
The Main Pool is extremely large and beautifully designed with a central island, as well as an adjacent enclosed shallow Children's Paddling Pool for the younger ones. Surrounding the pool are extensive grassed areas with colourful sub-tropical plants, together with palm and conifer trees for welcome shade!
The MADROÑO rental apartment overlooks these wonderful pools. Next to the entrance of MADROÑO is another beautiful pool, the Blue Pool that the KENT apartment opens directly to from its own south-facing private garden.
A short distance away is the Dolphins Heated Pool that is scheduled to be heated from autumn through to spring (although please note that this cannot be guaranteed as it is controlled by the Community's administrator), as well as the Old Heated Pool and the New Family Pool.
With so many to choose from it is hardly surprising that it is usually not a problem finding either a quiet place to relax or for that matter a sun lounger! In addition, with so many mature trees in El Presidente, there are plenty of places to shelter from the midday sun. Indeed all of the pools are surrounded by grass and beautiful sub-tropical plants and palms.
