Marbella Beach and Promenade

Just over a 10 minute drive from us here in El Presidente is Marbella’s lovely sandy beach and its adjoining elegant promenade, freshly prepared for the summer season.
With its lovely sandy beach and shallow water, Marbella Beach is a wonderful place for all ages to relax, swim and play.
Alongside it is the Paseo Marítimo, the beautiful marble promenade that extends almost the entire length of the Marbella coastline, a truly wonderful place to stroll during the days and evenings with its spectacular views and cultural pleasures such as the incredible Salvador Dali sculptures along the adjacent Paseo de la Alameda.
With numerous excellent restaurants, sociable bars and boutique shops, this is a vibrant and fun place to be throughout the entire year, but of course especially in the summer months when socialising and people watching, whilst enjoying a refreshing drink or scrumptious freshly prepared meal or fabulous tapas (snacks), becomes even more fun! All tastes and budgets are catered for too, ranging from Tapas for just 1€ each and beer for 1.70€ a pint to the heights of elegant haute-cuisine and fine dining.
On the beach itself there are plenty of sun-loungers and thatched umbrellas available to rent, just metres from the water’s edge and close to the many beach-side chiringuitos (beach-bar restaurants) that allow guests to dine under their shady umbrellas or at night beneath the stars.
Being such a popular destination because of its Mediterranean lifestyle, cosmopolitan culture and fabulous micro-climate, for many locals and visitors, national and international, Marbella is a wonderful place to visit at any time of the year. For our guests in El Presidente it is so accessible too!
