It has three en-suite bedrooms, a very comfortable lounge and a kitchen that is extremely well equipped. Other facilities include satellite television in the lounge and all three bedrooms in the apartment and recently installed air-conditioning/heating. There is also a large south and east-facing terrace that overlooks the lovely gardens and pool.

In addition as well as staying in a wonderful three bedroom apartment, you would also be in one of the most prestigious complexes, El Presidente, on the Coast, with its five swimming pools, tennis courts, extensive and beautiful gardens, fountains and waterfalls, children's play areas. Indeed it is a wonderful to spend a family holiday especially as the children will have such a wonderful time. The El Presidente complex itself is maintained to an exceptionally high standard and is just a few minutes walk to the beach and numerous excellent restaurants. Indeed when you come to visit us in Marbella you will be able to see for yourself why we decided to move here with our family six years ago!
