  9. Our micro-climate and proximity to the sea means that even in the summer it seldom becomes very hot and in the winter it is milder than just a few miles inland.

Avoiding the worst - what we don't do!:

  1. Expect you to collect your keys from an office miles away and to find your own way to your apartment.
  2. Leave you to find out for yourself where to eat, shop, the things to do and the places to visit.
  3. Only have an answer phone for you to turn to if you ever have a problem.
  4. Ask you to provide your own towels for the bathroom and bed linen.
  5. Add on to your final bill the laundry and cleaning costs
  6. Give you a dirty or dilapidated apartment.
