El Presidente complex
In the aerial
photograph (below) of El Presidente our “Madroño” apartment
(condo) is on the far right of the front line’s central
block overlooking the lovely main swimming-pool and gardens.

is a view of the sea from the edge of the complex which is only
separated from the beach by a narrow stretch of trees.
El
Presidente is a particularly special place to stay for a memorable
and high quality holiday for single people, couples, groups and
families with children of all ages. Consequently many of our
guests make return visits and often even end up buying
an apartment here!

Our
local beach
Separated by a narrow stretch of woodland
and unspoilt sand dunes between the complex and the sea,
it is just a few minutes walk to our sandy beach. Here
during you will find sun loungers available, with nearby
activities including water-sports and four of our local
chiringuitos (beach bar /restaurants), “Roberto’s”, “Pepe’s”, "La Vela Azul" and “Matas
Verdes”, open for lunchtime and evening
(in the summer) drinks and meals - truly wonderful places
to relax, sit and gaze out to sea, Gibraltar and Morocco!
For
families with children there are also lovely play
areas with swings, slides, see-saws and climbing-frames,
plus a football pitch!
