As well as our “Madroño” home,
we are also able to offer some other high quality holiday
homes
owned both by us and friends of ours
in El Presidente. All of them are excellent apartments, with the comforts of
home that our guests so appreciate; in a range of styles, some from the original
phase and as a consequence with additional spaciousness and character, others
from the final phase with newer fixtures and fittings; ranging from one bedroom
to three bedroom, and on the ground floor with a private garden, to first and
second floor (penthouse); and all competitively priced to suit a variety of
budgets. All of the apartments have the same facilities as ours with a/c, satellite
television, an iron, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

apartment has been completely refurbished to an extremely high
standard and offers excellent and very comfortable accommodation
for those who prefer to be within walking distance of the shops,
bars, restaurants and sights of Marbella itself. As an apart-hotel
