Our recently refurbished 200 sq.m. air-conditioned two bedroom/two bathroom MADROÑO apartment is located in the first-line of the complex (the best area!). Just a few minutes walk to the beach and significantly larger than those constructed more recently in El Presidente.

Two spacious bedrooms that can easily sleep five and with very comfortable new beds - a super king size (200cm x 180cm) and 3 singles, two of which can be zipped together to form a second super king size bed
Adjoining recently refurbished en-suite bathrooms, one with a large walk-in shower and the other with a full size bath and shower

You'll enjoy a welcoming, homely, luxurious and extremely comfortable stay. The apartment is in a corner location that gives each room natural daylight and ventilation. There are also baby facilities and an extremely experienced baby-sitter available.
Good quality bed linen, including duvets in the winter, towels for the bathroom and a hair-dryer are supplied.
Home-entertainment includes three televisions, a 65” Smart OLED in the lounge and 32" LCD Full HD televisions in both bedrooms with many British satellite television channels as well as French, German, Scandinavian and Spanish channels; dvd, hi-fi with a cd player.
In addition there is high-speed Wifi.
As it was our first Spanish home, we are able to provide the homely comforts that will make your stay that much more enjoyable. Our home can become your home when you stay with us, and we can also help to look after your needs as we too live on the complex - it is that wonderful a place!
